Nikhil Sahni is a senior financial-services leader with over 25 years of experience across India's banking, payments and fintech ecosystem. He is Founder and Partner at Nexora Advisors, a high-touch advisory platform working with high-growth fintech founders, technology companies and investors.

Prior to founding Nexora, Nikhil served as President, South Asia and Country Corporate Officer - India at Mastercard, functioning as the company's CEO-equivalent for India while overseeing the South Asia P&L across six countries. Earlier, he spent nearly two decades at Yes Bank as part of its early founding team, playing a central role in building the institution into a diversified national franchise.

Through Nexora, Nikhil advises a portfolio of fintech and AI companies across digital banking infrastructure, payments, compliance, legal-tech and financial platforms.

He works closely with founders on growth strategy, bank partnerships, regulatory engagement and capital access, and maintains deep relationships across the banking, investor and policy ecosystem. In parallel, he serves as a Venture Partner with Z47, engaging with founders building AI-first financial-services platforms.

At Nexora Advisors, Nikhil leads the firm's business development, client relationships, sectoral strategy and external engagement, working closely with founders, financial institutions and policymakers to support scalable growth and long-term institutional positioning.

Nikhil has deep experience engaging with government and regulatory stakeholders and was an invitee to the Government of India's first Fintech Committee. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.

Sonali Ray Sahni is a Partner at Nexora Advisors LLP. She brings extensive experience across marketing, client engagement, business development and organisational strategy, complemented by a strong academic foundation in management and corporate law.

She began her career with The Times Group, where she worked in the Space Sales and Marketing division and held roles across sales, marketing and category development, including leadership responsibility for the Business and Education Classifieds portfolio.

She subsequently joined PepsiCo India, where she built a strong track record in customer and trade marketing across organised trade and emerging channels before moving into broader marketing leadership responsibilities. In her final role, she worked as General Manager Marketing, leading platform and portfolio strategy to drive brand growth, innovation, and market leadership at PepsiCo.

She was responsible for activating platforms for various brands across the beverage and snacks categories, working closely with both brand and sales leadership.

Sonali holds multiple management degrees from the Times School of Marketing and the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. She has also done her Masters in Business Law from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.

At Nexora Advisors, Sonali plays a central role in shaping the firm's legal and governance framework, marketing, client relationships and overall strategic direction, working closely with leadership on institutional development and long-term growth.
